Thank you for your interest in registering at Alistair Academy!
It is our privilege to bring the highest quality instruction to your students' education.
Please read the following information regarding important policies.
-Enrollment fees must be paid in full before the first class, or your student will not be able to participate. If payment is not received before the first class, your student will be dropped.
-Please notify us if your student needs to drop a class.
-Please note that class fees are non-refundable 14 days before the start date, and missed classes cannot be rescheduled. We reserve the right to cancel class due to insufficient enrollment, and in such cases, a full refund will be provided.
-Outdoor classes are subject to the weather and, therefore, may need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the class will be rescheduled at the same time and on the same day of the week. If your student is not able to attend the rescheduled class, you will receive a full refund.
-Siblings and parents are not able to participate in class, as they are for registered students only.
-In-person classes require a parent or guardian to sign their student in and out of class. Students without their parents' signature will not be dismissed from class.
-Students who break the Code of Conduct (listed in the Student Agreement) will not be permitted to participate in the class, and may result in being dropped from the class without a refund. If you feel your student will not be able to meet these expectations, it is the responsibility of the parent.
Student Agreement
Alistair Academy classes are designed to provide an enriching and creative environment for all participants. Please support our students and staff by reviewing the information in this document
with your family.
-By enrolling, you agree to attend classes and notify us in advance (if possible) if you are unable to attend.
-Students who participate must be able to follow the Code of Conduct to ensure a peaceful learning environment for every registered student.
Student Code-of-Conduct:
-Students must use appropriate language during class and will refrain from using profanity, comments, jokes, or demeaning slurs to cause injury.
-Students will participate with the class to the best of their ability and follow the pace and instructions set by the instructor.
-Students will respect the materials and equipment provided by the teacher for the educational purposes of the class.
-Students will ask for assistance or clarification when needed, so that our instructors can serve them to the best of our knowledge and capacity.
-Students will stay with the class at all times.
-Students will not be disruptive in class through loud conversation, speaking without raising their hand, distracting other students, or interrupting the instructor.
-Students who break the Code of Conduct (listed in the Student Agreement) will not be permitted to participate in the class, and may result in being dropped from the class without a refund. If you feel your student will not be able to meet these expectations, it is the responsibility of the parent.
-Not all class environments are a good fit for each student. Please be considerate of your students' needs and the needs of others. If you have questions, please reach out to our staff.
